- Guaranteed 'hostel work exchange position'(hostel volunteer position) in one of our REAL Hostels (hostels in our database), in your preferred location (country and, if available, city.)
-Information about how to make your 'hostel work exchange' (volunteer) experience positive and successful
REAL is also happy to offer:
-Pre-arrival information about your selected Latin America country (ie. what to pack, information about the country, etc.)
- Information on cheap travel itineraries on buses and cool destinations while backpacking Latin America during your work exchange
