Requirements to be accepted into the REAL Hostel Work Exchange Program:
- Passion for travel
- Experience with independent backpacking
- Must have stayed in hostels and understand their unique cultures
- Fluent English speaker
- Intermediate to advance Spanish
- Experience with customer service
- Eco-conscious
- University Graduate or currently studying
- Desire to volunteer in order to contribute to the success of the local business
- Motivated to have a REAL Experience in América Latina!!!
